Cambodia

Tuesday, March 6th, 2012

Following six successful years developing talkback radio in Phnom Penh and with funds from AusAID, ABC International Development in Cambodia is now focusing its work entirely on the Provincial Department of Information in Battambang, Kampong Cham and Kampot provinces.

Following on from the success of talkback radio on Battambang FM 92.70, ABC ID is strengthening the capacity of two other provincial stations to deliver locally relevant, balanced, accurate and timely talkback radio programs that inform and facilitate dialogue between citizens, civil society, government and businesses. Women and youth issues are of particular focus in these provinces.
